A store today is a place where the brand is activated, and where it shows what the brand stands for. To ensure a smooth customer experience, a reception that resembles a hotel concierge greets you as you enter.

A central feature counter displaying traditional natural herbs showcases how Sheroxi marries the best of both Eastern and Western ideologies through modern technologies to meet today’s skincare needs.

The products are neatly laid out in clean, uncluttered open spaces designed for discovery.

The discovery journey continues as one moves up the staircase with a recessed display of Chinese cultural elements and more varieties of traditional natural herbs used as ingredients in Sheroxi products and spa services.

The upper floor consists of the spa rooms as well as an office space with a pitched ceiling that respects the existing pitch roof of the shophouse.
